Warranty Coverage For:
Models: NeoSat ipro 2000 & PRO
Warranty Period:
2 year limited warranty coverage from date of purchase or manufactured date.
Limited Warranty Coverage:
If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, NeoSat USA. (referred to as the warrantor) will at its option either (a) repair your unit with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or refurbished product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor.
Warranty Coverage Period:
2 years from date of purchase.
If repair is needed during the limited warranty period, the purchaser will be required to furnish a sales of receipt/proof of purchase; amount paid and place of purchase. Customer will be charged for the repair of any unit received without such proof of purchase.
Limited Warranty Limits and Exclusions:
The Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failure due to defects in material or workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. Batteries are not covered under the warranty. The Limited Warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failure which results from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty handling, set-up adjustments, lightning damage, improper maintenance, power line surge, modification, introduction of sand, humidity or liquids, or service by anyone other than a Factory Service Center or Authorized Service.

We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using third party software may be illegal and VOID product warranty. Do not email or call us about 3rd party software. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for 100% legal Free to Air reception only. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our products illegally or sell our products for illegal purpose. If 3rd party software is found in the product, NeoSatUSA. will not perform diagnostic for repair and the product will be returned to sender. The sender will be responsible for shipping cost.
* The above procedures are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. NeoSatUSA. reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option. Verification of purchase receipt is required prior to the completion of service.
Warranty Shipping Procedures:
When shipping the unit, carefully pack, and include only the defective unit that requires repair. Do not ship manuals or other accessories that came with the original box. The package must shipped postage prepaid with tracking, adequately insured and preferably in the original carton. Include a letter detailing the complaint and provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached and an e-mail address.
