CAPTIVEWORKS issues a warranty card with unique Serial number and date code with every receiver sold to its distuributors which are in turn distributed to the buying public with purchase. The following is what is detailed on the warranty card:

1. One year warranty from date of production.
2 .Warranty covers any manufacturing techincal defect excluding breakage.
3. Warranty is void if repairing without our consent or warranty seal is broken.
